  Be positive.
Love, smile, praise, encourage, trust, hope, be brave. See the good in others. Look at the bright aspects of life.
  Don’t be negative.
Do not hate, envy, fear, worry, be indifferent, be disheartened or be sad.
Fear, anxiety and worry are the two cardinal sins of today. Absolute trust in the Lord will erase these.

20)
Isn’t the body like a boat in which the soul is the sailor eager to leave the boat once it reaches the home shore?
21)
Isn’t it a pity to spend all this time and energy for the sole purpose of feeding and sustaining the body while starving the soul?
22)
My body is small; my spirit is not.
My body cannot grow any taller; my spirit can grow taller and taller.
My body shall grow old and weak; my spirit shall stay young and strong.
My body shall die and decay; my spirit is immortal and imperishable.
